I have an HP2500CM that does not seem to communicate with the ifhp program
via port 9100. After various iterations, I finally got the printer to
print something but only after having set it up with

        :rp=raw
        :rm=printer_ip

per the manual's instructions. If I do my usual specification

        :lp=printer_ip%9100
        :ifhp=model=hp2500cm

I get 'Connection Refused' when I do an lpq on the printer. Does anybody
know why? It's not a big deal, but I prefer my usual spec since I can get
status info from lpq. With the :rm= spec, lpd just sends the job off and
I don't get anything after that. I have a printcap load of HP printers
and they all work fine with my usual spec.
