I don't know about these particular models of Lexmark,
but the Optra T616 and W810 supports the HP appsocket protocol,
and has an internal LPD-server as well.
You may try this example printcap entry:
lp

:if=<path to ifhp>
:of=<path to ofhp>
:sd=/var/spool/lpd/%P
or

:lp=AUTO@<printer's ip>

Concerning the Linksys I don't have clue,
but the last example above might work...
