you could try another port on the printer
:rp=9100:\ for ex
if no port works there might be a host access list activated on the
printer you must then get the sending host in that list.
For test purpose you can always try ports on the machine directly with
something like
lpq -P<port>@<printer>
or
echo test | lpr -P<port>@<printer>
