LPRng (3.8.8) works on Mac OS X (10.1.3); however, when I attempted to enable kerberos support, configure fails:
$ ./configure --enable-kerberos ... using XGETTEXT xgettext checking for krb5.h... yes configure: checking for krb5_des_string_to_key in -lcrypto -lcom_err ... configure: checking for krb5_des_string_to_keyin -lk5crypto -lcom_err ... Kerberos 5 encryption support library not found. ...
