True, Mac OS X does not ship with headers for certain things (OpenSSL
comes to mind); however, poking around in /usr/lib and /usr/include
shows kerberos libraries and header files one would normally get from
a RPM -devel package.  Which doesn't rule out a misconfigured host,
buggy libraries, missing additional bits, or whatnot...
