your printcap still looks fine :-) Stop the queue ('lpc stop
<your_printer>') send a mac job and look at the controlfile in the
spoolqueue ('cfA...'). Watch out for this line:

fdfA727<your_host>
^
this letter indicates the job format, it should be 'f' which is the
default for UNIX jobs. It might be set to 'l' or something else which
indicates 'format binary', this results in jobs not being filtered. You
might want to fix this on the MAC side or got the easy way and put
':translate_incoming_format=lf:' (replace the 'l' with the letter you
found in the crfile) in the printcap entry. See the HOWTO for further
details, but this works in general...
