10 seconds delay between each job. The printers do 25-35 pages per minute
anyway, so it is only noticable on small jobs (a few pages). Could
probably be decreased to 4-6 seconds really (2-3 seconds stability
required), but what is 5 seconds extra per job really?

People usually print and then pick up their jobs 20-60 minutes (or even
hours) later, so it is not like they are hovering over the printer.
