Here you talk about PostScript as a way to retrieve a printer's internal
page counter.

However I really think you should add some words about the possibility
to use PostScript as way to compute a print job's size (via ghostscript
for example), and its drawbacks.

I know this may be elsewhere in your document, but since we
are still waiting for it... ;-)
