We just replaced one Lanier with another (the lease expired after 3
years). Judging by the drivers, both the old and new printers are really
Ricoh printers. We don't use our printer a lot, and it does not support
Postscript, but has been good, with 2 exceptions:

1. It can't re-size A4 print jobs to Letter size, so we keep finding
that
the printer is waiting for someone to load A4 paper, queuing up all
other
print jobs.

2. The Windows PCL6 drivers don't work in landscape mode. If you want to

use landscape, you have to either:
        a) send postscipt to a print filter that creates PCL
        b) use the windows PCL5e drivers.

Other than those two issues, the Lanier printer has been fine.
