() Has anyone been able to get page accounting working successfully with
() an HP Laserjet 4200 (or 4100 or 4300)? Some previous list traffic
() seems to indicate that some people may have gotten this to work but I
() can't for the life of me get it to do page counts (start and end page
() count are always the same resulting in 0 page jobs). If you have
() this working would you mind replying with (relevant portions of) your
() printcap? I'm using lprng 3.8.27 and ifhp 3.5.17.
Don't actually use accounting but the counter seems to be ticking
on a 4100:
