Usually, if a TLV has been defined to only have a single entry, it’s for a good reason. We are not intending to override an author’s explicit and sensible restriction. What we are attempting to do is to cover cases where no explicit restriction has been stated, plus define a default behavior for how multiple TLVs should be handled by all implementations. Tony
