Funding plan for the mirror is shaping up well, partners are stepping up. We have now strengthened our relationship with NCSA and we will consider them as the Archive Center (subject to board approval). Victor Krabbendam The NSF Senior Review will meet with Jeremy Mould and some other NOAO staff at NSF on September 6. It is unclear when Jeremy will be able to share what he learns. Saw Alex Szalay paper about distribution of SDSS data access, most frequent access is by an Oregon school district, lots of bandwidth for this. We will need this in place as part of Construction readiness cited in proposal.
