Jeff, Here is a brief set of instructions in plain text. The example is a real account I created today. The installation process for Windows isn’t worth documenting. There is only one registration window that appears at first launch of Skype. Finally, it doesn’t seem necessary for detailed instructions to create Contacts once the meeting information has been provided. I expect most people can figure it out w/o issue.

Choose your OS to install Skype 2.5
Install (Haven't tried Linux version- yet)
Create/Register Skype Username:
Launch the application
Fill in the registration window

Register for Your Own High Speed Conferencing Plus:
