I ran this command you wrote, and I've run command below to install
Authen/NTLM module too:

sudo dpkg -i libauthen-ntlm-perl_1.08-1_all.deb

This solved Authen/NTLM problem.

But I'm still not able to build LTIB. Now I'm getting the following erro
message:
