The initrd kit is only needed for building new kernels, so it is rather a
"source" package than a binary one, and therefore there is no .deb.
I plan to build a source package for the kernel package that contains the
initrd kit and the kernel sources, so that you can recompile your own
kernel package the usual way, but this may take some time.
