Nope. The problem is more basic than this, and with a
bit of thought, I managed to figure it out, based on
the fact that you have some machines working in this
configuration - 

To solve the problem, I used a more up to date version
of etherboot! It looks like there is a problem with
older versions of etherboot not sending the command-line
parameters to the kernel correctly.

It all works perfectly now!

If anyone else has problems setting dhcp card parms, this is the
second place to point them, after the dhcp option-128 setting.
