It is usually impossible and risky to flash a BIOS integrated boot ROM using a utility 
from a third party.  Normally only the PC or motherboard manufacturer can supply the 
flash utility to update or replace your BIOS.

I suspect that your BIOS-integrated boot ROM uses the PXE network boot protocol.  If 
this is the case, then read the PXE-Etherboot HOW-TO doc that is posted on ltsp.org.  

Boot your PC from the boot ROM by setting Network as the first device in the BIOS Boot 
Order to identify which boot protocol (RPL or PXE) your computer is using.
