First: The K7SEM uses the RTL8139 Chip, the K7S5A has the LAN
controller integrated into the chipset.
Second: The K7SEM has an Award BIOS, the K7S5A has an AMI.

I don�t think anyone succeeded in putting an Etherboot image into
a newer AMI Bios.
