Matt,

yes, you need the wireless-ltsp package available on the ltsp.org
download page.

don't let the name fool you.  It was written for wireless cards
but as a side benefit, it also handles all pcmcia and cardbus
cards.

you do have to boot from a floppy or a flash disk.

A floppy image is included in the package.  you just need
to dd that image to a floppy and you should be ready to go.
It should automatically detect the proper network card and
load the proper driver.
