Hello everyone,
This is the first time here for me,
My question is , I installed Redhat 7.2 wortkstation edition on a computer
terminal
And then installed dhcp 3.0 and then LTSP 3.0.
The dhcp service starts up ok after reboot.
When I do a iptables -L -v I get an error message.
The error I get basically says it cant initialize the iptables because there
may be
An insmod error??...and that iptables or the kernel may need to be upgraded.
I have installed the version twice now and even downloaded an upgraded
version of
The iptables and installed and rebooted but still no luck.
I havent set up networking such as static ip address and subnet etc.
The workstation branched off my server boots up ok and gets an ipaddress
from the DHCP
Server..but then when kernel is loading it just hangs....dot after dot
syndrome""
Any help would be appreciated..
Eric
