John, the company i'm working for is not exactly what you are looking for, but it is pretty darn close. 9 locations, not 10, wholesale, not finance, and not switched but in the process of switching. it is somewhat painfull - the worst part is mozilla / netscape / opera / galeon. they all look rather sucky compared to windoze run netscape / ie. everything else would be really easy if it wasn't for the fact that windoze boxes beacame status symbols. it is all my own fault - i jumped the gun with thinknics running off cd - not ready for prime-time. my budget, being what it is, allows me to explain to people why they don't get to run win xp: "if you think you really have to have it, buy a laptop for wich there will be no reinbursment, and we will allow you to use it on corporate network." needless to say, i get to deal with xp laptops - should have been a salesman. ltsp (especially nicely packaged by k12os people) is great, and the smart users are beginning to recognize it. i give them better monitors, too. julius
