OK, thanks. From the LTSP documentation, three thing don't seem to work on my server :
 - ipchains -L -v gives me :
chain input ( ..... (like in doc) ...):
chain forward (policy ACCEPT : 0 packets, 0 bytes):
                .... then a whole table "0pkts 0bytes ..... three lines
chain output (... (like in doc) ...):
- iptable gives me a series of error :
/lib/..../iptables.o: init_module: Device or resource busy
hint insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including
invalid IO or IRQ parameters
        /lib/..../iptables.o:insmod /lib/..../iptables.o failed
        /lib/.../iptables.o: insmod iptables failed
iptables v1.2.4: can't initialize iptables table 'filter:iptables who? (do you
need to insmod?)
Perhaps iptables or your kernel needs to be upgraded.
 - "netstat -ap | grep xdmcp" deosn't give anything

I just don't know what is iptables and ipchains ......
what can I do ?
