Rafael,

It sounds like the Etherboot driver is finding the card and working
properly, but the Linux kernel driver for that card is having a
problem.

You might try installing the latest LTSP kernel package, it's
called ltsp_kernel-3.0.4, and it is based off of the 2.4.18
version of the Linux kernel.  It may have better support
for your NIC.

You won't find the dhcpcd-info.eth0 file, because it gets 
created in the ramdisk by the workstation.
