We have dozens of 905Cs, Etherboot works fine flashed into the rom. Some
of the cheaper "skinny" 905Cs are unflashable, but you can still use the
built in firmware via PXE, as described in the howto.

As with anything, don't buy dozens until you have tested one. If you are
buying in bulk and make it clear that nics must be suitable for your
specific project, suppliers will normally take them back within 30 days
if you have a problem.

"Brown box" packs of 10 are should be cheaper than consumer packaged
single units; you need no manual or 'doze driver CD.
