Great, but your root path now changes to the Version 3 location. Your dhcpd.conf 
should have a line:
     option root-path "/opt/ltsp/i386";
rather than
     option root-path "/tftpboot/ltsp/i386";


Check that your /etc/exports also reflects this. BTW, did you run the 
/opt/ltsp/i386/templates/ltsp_initialize script? It should have set up your 
/etc/exports & /etc/dhcpd.conf correctly.
