I have found that the Linux terminals can log into non-LTSP servers
directly (that is, if I set the server I want them to log into as the XDMCP
server in the lts.conf), but when any system but the one they boot from is
selected via the chooser, I get the grey screen with the large X cursor.
What would cause a terminal to be able to log into a server directly, but
not through a chooser?
