Yesterday I posted that my configuration files could be read from:
http://68.6.87.128:710/ltspconf/

My internet connection was down for most of the day, but this link should work properly now if anyone is interested in proposing a theory as to what the solution might be. (the problem is described in detail in a text file found at that URL above)
