No software (for Linux, Windows or any other)
designed for personal use ever improvised that you
might want to do that, so don't count on it ;)

   Lucky for you, there is a very simple solution.

   Close Evolution before running it at another
computer.

   A solution to your problem is quite simple, you
want evolution to follow you. So, simply run

vncserver $

and execute Evolution and any other personal software
in it. If you run it for the first time, it will ask
for a password, you will use the password every time
you run the viewer. 8)


   This way, you will simply change computers and run 

vncviewer server:1 &

   and your portable desktop will be with you every
where you call it 8)
