No such luck.
Port fowarding won't work if the port is already in use.
eg
I tried to forward port 22 to a remote machine: already in use

My firewall allows anything out and ESTABLISHED back in so I forwarded port 555
to 22 on the remote machine and all was well. (I was doing ssh stuff, not
VNC), but vnc worked the same way, just forwarded to (as I recall) 5950.

Your firewall may be similar, else ask why it can't be so.
