Hello,
Try echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_no_pmtu_disc
and run tftp with -r blksize (modify it in /etc/xinetd.d/tftp)
server_args = -r blksize -s /tftpboot
there's a common problem with eepro100 cards, this should fix it.
check and see if your card cand boot using pxe, it'll make everything
easier for you.
