Hello Bryan,
to start right out, I do not own an iopener. From what I see in the
archive, you should be able to go like this:
-assuming your flash disk is mounted under /dev/hdb1 as /boot (that's
important for the lilo command), containing the files
boot.0340 boot.b iop2399 map lilo.conf
directly in its main directory (instead in boot/ and etc/)
-assuming your boot system (on the hard drive) features a somehow
recent lilo
edit /boot/lilo.conf (that one on the flash) and make sure the append=
parameter contains the ip address of your ltsp server, and the right
directory as well
now execute "lilo -c /boot/lilo.conf -v 3"
and try to reboot from the flash. If that didn't do it, please give
the output of that command...
I would expect the kernel to come up booting now (of course you have
to remove the harddisk for boot and make the flash be primary master),
if he then complains about NFS-unable-to-mount or dhcp/bootp problems,
it's a configuration issue on the server, but your client would be
fine.
Expecting results and hope that helped,

I think it's easier to be done as written above. My EUR 0,02, though.

If following what I wrote above, I expect them not to be necessary
