^ zero bytes long
That file is empty! Most likely it was created when tftpd tried to open
it; that's why it was created on Mar. 8, 3:35pm. Change your kernel
name in dhcpd.conf to one that works, and delete vmlinuz-2.4.19-ltsp-1
