ok but in the floppy disk driver
exist a flash software ,may be can 
write the eprom 27c128 or 27c256

the card have the slot for the chip

No, that is a serial EEPROM, only big enough to hold the MAC address of
the NIC and a few other parameters. And it's not connected in a way that
it can be used for booting anyway.
