Halo everyone,
I have set up LTSP with 50 workstations. I need to connect
a
printer to the client. My LTSP server is running on Suse 8
which does not have a printtool to configure a jetdirect
printer as mentioned in ltsp doc. The suse printtool which
was
downloaded has an option for direct port which created the
following printcap file

:if=/var/spool/lpd/lp1/filter:\

:lp=/dev/null:\

:RTLFTMAR=18:\
:TOPBOTMAR=18:\

the lts.conf file has the printer type and device lines
added
to the workstation.
Is there anything else i need to do ? When I give
lpr -Plp1 test
the test file is getting spooled, but not printed. Please
help
