I assume that 10.1.5.11 is the terminal's IP address; did you put in a static assignment in DHCP? The easy way to test it is using telnet from the server to see if the terminal is in fact listening on the right port: telnet 10.1.5.11 9100 which should either tell you "connected" or "connection refused". If it connects, it works.
