Yes, just what Jim said -- I just installed LTSP-4.1 on my new 
installation of Slackware 10, with no issues.  Well, I take that back. 
the ltspadmin program requires some PERL modules that Slackware doeesnt 
install by default, so once you find those from CPAN and install them -- 
ltspadmin will run and install just fine.  There are a few things you 
can not "configure" from ltspadmin, because it says "I dont know how to 
do this on this system", because Slackware is a bit different than some 
distributions in how it does stuff -- so there is a bit of manual 
configuration in some areas, but most stuff goes right along fine.

Post any exact problems you have and I'll be glad to help.  If I had any 
spare time, I'd document exactly my exploits in installing LTSP on 
Slackware and see if Jim would post it to the site...... I'll see if I 
cant do that sometime soon.  Sooooo much to do in the next two.  AYE.

LTSP 4 and 4.1 do support slackware.
