Mohsen, Sourceforge has started throttling downloads of large files from the webspace. This has caused lots of problems for people trying to install LTSP.
For that reason, we've created an ISO image that you can download, which contains all of the packages you need. Take a look at http://www.ltsp.org/ltsp-iso-4.1.html for more info about how to install LTSP from the ISO image.
