Several years ago I had 10 GX110s as LTSP (v3) terminals. The onboard NICs were flakey, and getting the right etherboot driver took some trial and error but they finally did work. Today I would try booting from the universal LTSP CD-ROM boot disk.
The video *did* require AGPGART support. If memory serves it is an Intel 810 chipset. Back then I did need to load agpgart, but that may be superceded by the i810fb (frame buffer?) module; check the docs. Wrestling with old hardware is *so* much fun :-} On Wednesday 15 November 2006 11:31, Stefán István wrote: > Hello! > > I bought a dell optiplex gx110 machine, and I have two problems with it: > > 1.
