Hey there! I have a server running Debian Etch with LTSP ver4.2. I got the local device support working using the Ubuntu Breezy package ltsp-server-pkg-ubuntu-0.1_i386.deb
Everything seems to work great when I insert a CD and it immediately shows up on my desktop and it unmounts when I hit the eject button. The problem is when I insert a USB flash drive, it is mounted and appears on the desktop: #> mount ltspfs on /home/<user>/Drives/Removable_Media_Disk_(256) type fuse (rw,nosuid, nodev, user=<user>) but when I remove it, it stays mounted until I turn off the thin client! Is there any way to find out why it has a problem with USB flash drives and not CDs? Is it the name of the volume? Will there be an updated Debian package for the new stable Etch? ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
