I'm looking to replace my Windows Terminal Services server with Linux. Here is what I need. I have two Windows/Oracle applications running on a Windows machine, with Terminal Services. It is time to upgrade the hardware/software and the Software company suggests running the applications on one machine, and have a separate machine running Windows TS. I would like to eliminate the Windows TS and use a Linux product.
I have replaced several Windows PCs with Linux, using RDP, and it works fine. I need advise/assistance on how to setup the Linux to eliminate the Windows TS, if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Keep in mind, the application I am running on the server will not work on Linux.
