Thanks for the reply.  Here's what I have:
1 Windows Server - running a medical management program; it uses Oracle,
which is also on the server.  This server is also running Windows TS, and
is the PDC.  So, pretty much everything is running on this one server.
Parts of the program are suppose to be web related, but we haven't
actually used those part, as of yet.

I access the Management program via Remote Desktop...no ICA or thin
client.  I have a mixture of Linux and Windows machines.  Both work well.

What I would need:
I need to upgrade the software.  I have more users.  I need a PDC; I will
use Linux for this.  I also need a new Terminal Server; I would like to
use Linux for this.  The software vendor suggests using a separate machine
for TS, and run only the application on the application server.

I hope this clears things up.  If not, feel free to ask questions.

I have a question for you.  Does O'Reilly's use Linux?  Just curious.
