Practically, you can't do so.

* Your app needs to run under linux or
* your app needs to run under crossover AND scale so you can run n copies on 
the server (unless it's a supported app, your chance is best 50:50, mine is 0 
on several tries) or
* You run virtual machines vmware, win-for-lin and need an MS license for 
every instance and a license for every instance of your app.

Better keep TS and the app, use ltsp for rdesktop to your TS box.
