Hi, don't really know how things arte in Sweden, but in Finland it goes
like this:
Buying from Germany is just as easy as from Finland (or Sweden).
VAT is normally paid in the exporting country (and thats good, 16% in
Germany campared to 22% in Finland). When buing to school or company, the
taxes are handled just the same way as when buing in Finland.

Billing etc goes in EU just as easy as buying next door. Support is always
more complicated, but I think the guarantee is the only really importatnt
thing with thin clients - what kind of support do we need with these
things...

So, let's enjoy the EU. It really makes things easy and affordable. sorry
You are not part of Euro-region, but it only makes some calculation, no
extra costs.

And, if you find it complicated or so, you can always go to local shop and
say: "I can get these things with this price from Germany..."

The only sad thing is trhat the prices in EU seem to be still little bit
higher than in the USA. Maybe because thin clients are not popular enough
here on the old continent?

Greets,
Mikko from Finland
