I bought my one and only thin client with www.mini-itx.de, a German distributor. If you can understand enough German to find your way through the sometimes somewhat confusing shop lists, this might be a good address to start from. In case you are looking for import regulation from anywhere, the Chamber of Commerce in charge should be your best friend.
