"official download" ????
Read the webpage that contains that link. It's pretty clear that it's a
"pre-release". Also, it's about 9 months old. If you want to do LTSP-5
on Debian, you are much better off following the Debian/LTSP Howto at:
http://wiki.debian.org/LTSP/Howto
