Don't get too picky about "official". - If you need a different arch, you need to get a client fs from somewhere. But it doesn't tell you how to get an i386-fs if you're running amd64. ... finally it worked with a chroot and debootstrap ... but that was a bit of a way. Nevertheless a bit of the confusion comes from the fact, that there is not much structured documentation around for ltsp 5 yet unlike for ltsp 3.0/4.x So please calm down and don't take anything personal.
