this is currently the most detailed and complete documentation we have,
it would probably make sense if someone who has the time would do an
html export (its docbook xml afaik) so we could put it on ltsp.org
beyond that we usually try to keep the lts-parameters.txt up to date we
ship in ltsp-client since we started ltsp5 ...
