LTSP clients have no printing subsystem, so there is no need for
client-side lpr and such.  When you enable local printing, the printer
gets redirected to the network as a JetDirect printer.

You need to make sure the workstation's IP doesn't change by mapping its
MAC address to an IP in dhcpd.conf.  Then, you can use the IP and port
9100 to set up a JetDirect print queue on the server.
