Exactly the same way as ltsp 4.2.

For kiwi-ltsp you have to add it in /srv/tftpboot/KIWI/lts.conf, make
sure you back it up before running kiwi-ltsp-setup. No rebuild of the
image or running of kiwi-ltsp-setup is required when changing
lts.conf, just reboot the client for changes to take effect.

Some variables that can go in lts.conf are on
http://en.opensuse.org/LTSP. See also Edubuntu documentation linked
from there.
