I use LTSP 4.2 on Centos 5 with several Neoware Capio 600-series terminals in a
print shop that creates 3 weekly classified ad papers and general commercial
printing services. There are two Centos 5/LTSP servers, one Intel dual-core
with 4GB of ram that holds the ad database and "everything else", and one new
Intel quad-core with 8GB of ram that runs a custom RIP and creates plates for
the press. (The RIP machine is, of course, named jack.) Everything used to run
on the dual-core but I created the jack machine a few months ago because the
whole system was on its knees every Wednesday/Thursday/Friday when people were
trying create the RIPs and everything else just dragged. With two servers
going now, everybody's happy with the performance.

I use LTSP 4.2 on Fedora 8 on this computer which is in my theatre. I have a
Neoware terminal behind my ticket counter that I use to read books and whatnot
while the shows are on. I'll probably switch this machine over to Centos
as well at some point, sometime after Fedora 8 is eol.
